God forgives sinners!

If you have a problem with: drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, using drugs, having sex outside marriage, watching pornography, masturbating, engaging in same sex relationships, stealing, killing, lying, having abortions, practicing witchcraft, and playing lottery please pray and ask God for forgiveness today!

Minister Abraham Owusu Ansah

We live in a time when people no longer fear God. We live our lives as if we control our breathing and the blood that flows through us. Many and maybe including you, used to go to church every Sunday, and feared God.
Now, people think they no longer need Good because they can handle things their own way. People use to read the Bible and pray everyday, but nowadays people are too busy and no longer think that is necessary.
We live our lives as if we own our lives. We have forgotten that there is a God in charge of our lives! If God chooses to call you home today, what will you tell Him?
The poor and rich powerful men and women have died. When God decided to call them, they could not tell God to wait! Many in hell wish they should have feared God!
We will have to give an account for our lives one day when this life is over. We always see funerals around us, but we always think it will be someone else next time and not us.
One day (and that day can be today) the Lord will be calling for you! How ready are you? Do your know your final destination when God decides to end your life here?
And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment”. Hebrews 9:27

One day God would judge this world and we will have to answer for all that we did. “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man’s all. For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil”. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Repent and turn to Jesus!
Have you said the sinner's prayer before? Have you ever asked God for forgiveness? God is ready to forgive and wash you with the blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross for all of us.If you would like to ask God forgiveness but do not know what to say I would like to offer this prayer for you:

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge that am a sinner, and I am deeply sorry for my sins, and the life that I have lived: I need your forgiveness. I believe that you are God's only begotten son who shed His precious blood on the cross of Calvary and died for my sins. I am willing to turn from my sins and ask that You have mercy on me. O Lord, You said in your Holy Word that “if we confess our sins and believe in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved”. Romans 10:9 Right now I confess Jesus as the lord of my soul. I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to Your Word! I believe that You O Lord have forgiven me. Thank you Jesus for saving me from my sins. Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life!
Amen and Amen!

                 Inspirational and Spiritual Poetry

We all need inspiration and encouragement. Sometimes just a kind word can be a blessing and it can help us get  through our darkness hour!! During those struggling times, I try to find some inspiring words to share and comfort. A good encouraging word can turn someones life around.

"He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted and proclaim LIBERTY to the captives."
Isaiah 61:1

                                  My Testimony

I was born and raised in Detroit MI. I grew up in an unstable home. My father physically and mentally abused my mother. His abusiveness had an adverse effect on me as well as my siblings. It caused homelessness and a lot of mental anguish. It also caused a great deal of hardship and grief.

As a result, I did not attend school regularly. I developed a leaning disability. I did not like going to school. I could not read and comprehend like other kids in elementary. I struggled though middle school and eventually dropped out in the 9th grade.

I did not get involved in any criminal activity during this time, but I wasn’t doing anything constructive with my life either. I was not interested in sports or anything else that would make my life better.

I began smoking marijuana at around sixteen years old. I tried alcohol, but didn’t like the taste or the feeling of being drunk. So I stuck with smoking weed until I meet crack in 1984.

My life quickly grew out of control. I lied, cheated, and stole to support my crack habit. My only purpose in life was to get high. I lost friends and family members trust and respect. Getting high was all that mattered to me.

At twenty-seven, I committed my first felony that lead me to prison. It was one of the worse experience s of my life. I was completely lost and did not know or understand just how serious things were.

As result of my insanity, I went to prison several more times. My last visit was indeed the lowliest and darkest periods in my life. I lost all hope about myself. Despair became my best friend as I sit in the cold jail cell. I thought of ways to end my life because I did not want to go through the pain and suffering anymore. But at my lowest moment, something happened. The Lord came and touched my heart and gave me a reason to continue on.

Today, I use my experience to help inspire and uplift others. I want my poems to glory God and give encouragement and inspiration to the "Brokenhearted"
